In your own words, what do you do at SGTS Inc.?
I oversee the Service Department’s sales and team operations. My role includes maintaining and building relationships with our customers while ensuring they continue to receive high-quality service. I work closely with our technicians and service coordinator to efficiently schedule both demand service and preventative maintenance.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
Working directly with our customers and collaborating with the SGTS team.
What’s a personal or professional achievement you’re proud of?
Helping grow and expand the Service Department at SGTS.
What’s a hobby or activity you enjoy outside of work?
Shopping — it’s my favorite way to unwind.

All of them — I don’t discriminate.
What was your first job?
Cashier at a natural health food store.
