From managing schedules and tracking inventory to overseeing fleet operations, you’ll keep projects on track and our teams ready to deliver top-tier service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with account managers to assess project requirements, allocate appropriate manpower, and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.

  • Scheduling: Organize and schedule field resources for installation projects, ensuring efficient use of personnel and timely project completion.

  • Logistics Management: Assign vehicles to field staff for transportation to and from project sites, maintaining optimal fleet utilization.

  • Procurement: Order necessary materials from vendors for installation projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

  • Inventory Control: Receive materials into the system, manage warehouse inventory, and oversee the distribution of materials to field staff, including tracking and signing out inventory.

  • Job Box Management: Maintain and stock “job boxes” for project sites, ensuring consumables and tools are readily available for field teams.

  • Fleet Oversight: Oversee and manage all fleet vehicles and operations, including scheduling maintenance, monitoring GPS tracking, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project coordination or logistics management, preferably within the security or electronics industry.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management and scheduling software.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions.

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the security or similar electronics field with an understanding of construction installation processes and requirements.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management or logistics (e.g., PMP, CLTD).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in resource planning and proficient Microsoft and Google Suite capabilities.

  • Leadership: Experience in leading teams or managing personnel in a project-based environment.
