We’re hiring a Service Lead to manage field technicians, facilitate communication with the engineering team, and oversee on-demand service and small projects. This hands-on role ensures critical systems operate seamlessly, addresses technical challenges and delivers top-tier customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Technical Support: Offer expert guidance to field service technicians, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.

  • Team Management: Collaborate with the Service Coordinator and Service Manager to schedule and manage the service team efficiently.

  • Leadership: Drive initiatives to enhance field efficiency and elevate customer service standards.

  • Training and Development: Assess technician competencies, identify training needs, and facilitate professional growth opportunities.

  • Project Preparation: Ensure technicians are equipped with necessary tools and parts for job sites, coordinating logistics to guarantee readiness.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Technical Proficiency: Minimum of 5 years in system installations, including experience with access control, CCTV, and IP-based systems.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in managing and leading technical teams in the field.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clear and concise information delivery.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Customer Relations: Aptitude for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Advanced Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SCADA platforms like Wonderware Intouch and proficiency in PLCs and HMIs.

  • Project Management: Experience in overseeing small to medium-sized projects, from initiation to completion.
